These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WheelDesk (the “Service”), operated by WheelDesk, a sole proprietorship based in Tennessee, USA (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WheelDesk is a personal tool for organizing and visualizing options positions and trade history that you enter, import, or sync from brokerage accounts you choose to connect (read-only, via our brokerage-connection provider). The Service also displays third-party market data (such as live or delayed prices) and public-records information, including trading disclosures filed by members of the U.S. Congress under the STOCK Act. It is for informational and educational purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, for enabling and maintaining two-factor authentication where required, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
New accounts include a 90-day free trial with no payment method required. You will not be charged during the trial. When the trial ends, continued access requires a paid subscription; we ask for a payment method only at that point, and you are charged only if you choose to subscribe. We offer one trial per customer; trials may not be combined, transferred, or reused.
Billing is handled securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other users’ data, probing or breaching security or row-level access controls, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, scraping it, or using it to break any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service or any calculation, figure, or market data will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and payment obligations already incurred) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute not subject to other agreed dispute resolution.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
